Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is much better than Galaxy S25's 82.6 score. These phones work with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and Galaxy S25 has Android 14. The Galaxy S25 has a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, although it has a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a lot worse count of pixels per inch of screen, they both have a display with the same size.
Galaxy S20 has a way better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S25 shoots much better photographs and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have a same size camera aperture and the same video resolution, the Galaxy S25 also has a lot better 50 MP resolution camera in the back, better 30 frames per second video frame rate and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy S20 has much more memory capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy S20 also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S20's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery duration in Galaxy S25.
Samsung Galaxy S20 is more expensive than the Galaxy S25, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
