The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Samsung Galaxy S25, with a 98 score against 82.6. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S25 has Android 14 version.
