The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S25's global score of 82.6. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 1 III has older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S25 has Android 14 version. Xperia 1 III has a much powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory.
The Galaxy S25 has a little more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, although it has a way worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, a little bit smaller display and a way lower pixels count per screen inch.
