Sony Xperia 5 II is just a bit better than the Galaxy S25, with a score of 87.2 against 82.6. The Xperia 5 II features a very superior processor than Galaxy S25. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 8 GB RAM. The Galaxy S25 features a much better looking display than Xperia 5 II, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit bigger display.
Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S25, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S25 takes much clearer videos and photos than Xperia 5 II, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light photos, it also counts with a back camera with way more megapixels, a much better video resolution and a larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better image and video quality.
The Galaxy S25 and the Sony Xperia 5 II both count with incredibly similar battery performance.
