The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a global score of 84.4, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S25's score of 82.6. These devices use the same Android 14 OS. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S25, because it has a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution, a bit more display brightness, a little bit bigger display and a higher quantity of pixels per display inch.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S25, because it has 128 GB more internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra's processing unit is just as good as Galaxy S25's CPU, and although the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
