Comparison review
Xiaomi Poco F4 is a bit better than the Galaxy S25, getting an 87.5 score against 82.6. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Poco F4 has an older 12 version while Galaxy S25 has Android 14. The Xiaomi Poco F4 has a way better hardware performance than Galaxy S25, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco F4, because although it has a quite smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a little bit better pixel quantity in each inch of screen and way more brightness. The Xiaomi Poco F4 features as much memory capacity for apps and games as the Galaxy S25 one, they have exactly the same internal storage.
Xiaomi Poco F4 has a little better battery performance than Galaxy S25, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S25 features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Poco F4, because although it has a back facing camera with a much worse resolution, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S25 also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality and a much higher video resolution.
