Galaxy S3 Neo has a brighter display than Moto G Fast, because although it has a bit worse 1280 x 720 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixels density.
The Moto G Fast shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Galaxy S3 Neo, because it has a much better video definition and a much more megapixels camera in the back. The Motorola Moto G Fast has a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S3 Neo, because it has more internal storage and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Motorola Moto G Fast counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy S3 Neo, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2100mAh.
