The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max has a global score of 94.9, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S4's overall score of 79. Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max comes with iOS 16.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy S4 comes with Android 4.4 operating system. The Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max design has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S4, but it's much heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a slightly better display than Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, although it has a little bit worse pixel count in each inch of screen, a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a really smaller screen. The iPhone 14 Pro Max counts with a much better performing processor than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores , a 64 bits processing unit and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max captures greater photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has a much higher resolution back-facing camera, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a larger aperture to capture better photography in low light situations. The iPhone 14 Pro Max has a slightly bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The iPhone 14 Pro Max has a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 66% more battery size.
Although Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S4, resigning a couple features and specs.
