The iPhone SE (2020) works with iOS 15.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 operating system. Even though iPhone SE (2020) is heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S4, it's just a bit thinner and way newer.
The Apple iPhone SE (2020) counts with a more powerful processor than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU, a higher amount of RAM and 2 more CPU cores.
