The Huawei P30 has a general score of 81.7, which is a bit better than Galaxy S4's 79 general score. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P30 has 10 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it offers a couple nice extra features. The Huawei P30 is a extremely newer and just a little thinner cellphone than Galaxy S4, but it is incredibly heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a brighter screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel number per inch of display. The Huawei P30 counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
Huawei P30 shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos, a way bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a way better 40 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a much higher video quality.
