Nokia 8.3 5G is a little bit better than the Galaxy S4, getting an 80.5 score against 79. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia 8.3 5G has a newer 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4. The Nokia 8.3 5G body is extremely newer, but way heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S4 has a better display than Nokia 8.3 5G, because although it has a way smaller display and a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen. Nokia 8.3 5G counts with a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and faster).

Nokia 8.3 5G counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a much larger back-facing camera sensor, a camera with a much higher 64 megapixels resolution, a way better (4K) video resolution and a bigger aperture. Nokia 8.3 5G has a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
