The Nokia 9.3 PureView is slightly better than the Galaxy S4, getting a global score of 84.2 against 79. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Nokia 9.3 PureView has a newer 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4. The Nokia 9.3 PureView is a a lot lighter and extremely thinner phone than Galaxy S4.
