The Galaxy A31 is slightly better than Galaxy S4, getting a global score of 81.3 against 79. The Galaxy A31 is a incredibly newer phone than Galaxy S4, although it's just a bit thicker and way heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A31 has a newer 10 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it counts with a couple additional features.
