Comparison review

Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S4, with a general score of 83.8 against 79. Although the Galaxy A50 is notably heavier than Galaxy S4, it's just a bit thinner and much newer. Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy A50, because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.

Galaxy A50 features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S4, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A50 features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.

Galaxy A50 has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2600mAh. The Galaxy A50 features a much better camera than Galaxy S4, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy A50 also has a back facing camera with a way higher resolution, a lot bigger diafragm aperture and a larger sensor shooting better quality videos and photographs.

Although Samsung Galaxy A50 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S4. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A50, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up a couple specifications.
