Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is much better than Galaxy S4's 79 global score. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Fold has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version. Samsung Galaxy Fold's body is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than Galaxy S4's, but it is noticeably heavier.
Galaxy Fold has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cpu cores and 10 GB more RAM. Galaxy S4 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Fold captures much better videos and photos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a lower 12 MP resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low light environments and a larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. Galaxy Fold has a way better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 4380mAh battery size against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S4. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S4, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
