Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is a little bit better than Galaxy M20, with a 79 score against 78.9. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S4 has 4.4 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy S4 construction is way lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy M20, although it was released 6 years before.
The Galaxy S4 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher number of pixels per display inch. The Galaxy S4 counts with a bit faster processor than Galaxy M20, because although it has lesser processing cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
The Galaxy M20's camera is just as good as Samsung Galaxy S4's camera, because although the Galaxy M20 has a smaller back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and images, and they both have the same video frame rates, the same resolution camera in the back and the same (Full HD) video resolution, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture.
The Galaxy M20 features a way bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M20 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M20 features a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 92% larger battery capacity.
