Galaxy S10 has a global score of 88.3, which is better than the Galaxy S4's general score of 79. The Galaxy S10 is a somewhat heavier phone than Galaxy S4, but they are 0.31inches thick. These phones have Android OS, but Galaxy S10 has 11 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, providing a lot of extra features and increased performance.
The Galaxy S10 features a bit better performance than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more cpu cores and 6 GB more RAM. The Galaxy S4 counts with a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy S10, although it has a little smaller display, a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little lower screen pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy S10 has a much bigger storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S10 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a much bigger camera aperture to capture better low light captures and videos and a larger sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality.
The Galaxy S10 counts with superior battery life than Galaxy S4, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S4. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy S4, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
