Galaxy S21 has a global score of 91.8, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S4's score of 79. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy S21 has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, providing the user some extra features and performance improvements. The Galaxy S21 construction has the same thickness than Samsung Galaxy S4, but it's noticeably heavier.
Samsung Galaxy S21 counts with just a little better processing power than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 6 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster). Samsung Galaxy S21 has a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a little bit lower screen density, it also counts with a bigger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Galaxy S21 has a bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S4, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
