Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is way better than Galaxy S4's global score of 79. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has newer 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides the user some extra features. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's body is way newer, but a lot heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy S4.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit faster processor than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little bit better display than Galaxy S4, because it has a much bigger display, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a just a bit greater pixels amount in each inch of screen.

Galaxy S21 Ultra has a slightly bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a way better camera than Galaxy S4, because it has a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photographs, a camera in the back with a way higher 108 MP resolution, a much better video resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better captures and video in poorly lited environments.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S4, giving up a couple features and specs.
