The Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored) has a general score of 80.1, which is a bit better than the Galaxy S4's 79 general score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Xiaomi 15 Ultra (Rumored) has newer 15 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it provides the user lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
