The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a general score of 79, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S4's overall score of 79. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has the newer 11 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it provides you some additional features. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S construction is much newer, but thicker and notably heavier than Galaxy S4.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a really smaller display and a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels count per display inch. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of faster cores.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S4, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light environments, a way better (4K) video quality, a lot larger camera sensor taking lot better quality photos and videos and a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S4. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy S4, letting go a couple specifications.
