Google Nexus 6 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, with a global score of 81.1 against 72.2. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but the Google Nexus 6 has the newer 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2, so it provides you lots of additional features and improved performance. The Google Nexus 6 is a way thicker and heavier device than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
The Galaxy S4 Value Edition features a bit sharper screen than Google Nexus 6, although it has a little less pixels per inch of display, a bit smaller display and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Google Nexus 6, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S4 Value Edition, letting go some specs and features.
