Comparison review
The HTC One M9 is slightly better than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, with a global score of 77.7 against 72.2. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the HTC One M9 has a more recent 5.0 version and Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides a lot of extra features. Even being the best we are comparing here, the HTC One M9 body is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
