Huawei Mate 30 is much better than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition, getting an 84 score against 72.2. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 30 has an older 10 version while Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version. Huawei Mate 30's construction is a little bit thicker and extremely heavier than Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
