Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) is a little bit better than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition, getting a overall score of 76.5 against 72.2. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) is a a little thicker and a lot heavier device than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has 4 more CPU cores and a higher amount of RAM.
