Comparison review

LG G5 has a general score of 76.1, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition's score of 72.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but LG G5 has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2, giving a couple nice extra features. The LG G5 construction is a little bit thinner but somewhat heavier than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition features a bit better looking display than LG G5, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a little lower pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a much lower 1920 x 1080 resolution. LG G5 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the LG G5 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

LG G5 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a more mega-pixels camera and a lot better (4K) video resolution. The LG G5 has a lot bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G5 also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The LG G5 has a bit better battery duration than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a 2800mAh battery capacity.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
