The Motorola Moto G9 Play has an overall score of 76.7, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition's general score of 72.2. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G9 Play has older 10 version while Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version. Motorola Moto G9 Play is a thicker and notably heavier cellphone than Galaxy S4 Value Edition.

The Moto G9 Play features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has more RAM and 4 more processing cores. Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has an incredibly better looking screen than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px.
