Comparison review
The Galaxy M13 has a general score of 81.1, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition's global score of 72.2. Although it's the best cellphone we are comparing, Galaxy M13's construction is just a little thicker and much heavier than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy M13 has the previous 12 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has a little bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better screen pixel density. Galaxy M13 has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.
