The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is better than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, getting a general score of 81.2 against 72.2. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a much heavier and a little thicker phone than Galaxy S4 Value Edition. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version and Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version.
