Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a global score of 81.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition's general score of 72.2. These phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has the newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance tweaks. Despite being the best in this comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a a little thicker and noticeably heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 4 also has 1 GB more RAM memory and an extra GPU. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 costs a bit more than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
