The Galaxy Note8 has a score of 83, which is better than Galaxy S4 Value Edition's overall score of 72.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2, giving a couple nice extra features. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison, the Galaxy Note8 is a much heavier and a little thicker cellphone than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition.

The Galaxy Note8 counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a higher number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
