Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, having a overall score of 98.1 against 72.2. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is thicker and much heavier than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition. Both phones we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a little sharper display than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a lot bigger display, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
