The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a general score of 90.7, which is way better than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition's 72.2 score. These devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has older 14 version while Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2.
