The Galaxy S9 has a global score of 83.3, which is better than Galaxy S4 Value Edition's overall score of 72.2. Although it's the best cellphone in our current comparison, the Galaxy S9 is a extremely heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone than Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
