The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has an overall score of 80.1, which is better than the Galaxy S4 Value Edition's global score of 72.2. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version, providing some extra features and increased performance. Despite being the best in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a incredibly heavier and a lot thicker phone than Galaxy S4 Value Edition.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, although it has a bit lower screen pixel density, a quite smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080. Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal memory.

The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has just a little better processing power than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with just a bit better camera than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, although it has a back camera with a worse 12 mega pixels resolution and a lower (Full HD) video definition.

The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a very superior battery life than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S4 Value Edition, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
