The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is much better than Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition, having an 88.3 score against 72.2. Both phones we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2 version. Despite being the best phone in our current comparison, Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a a lot heavier and incredibly thicker phone than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition.
