The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a general score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S4 Value Edition's overall score of 72.2. These devices work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Galaxy S4 Value Edition has Android 4.4.2, giving you some nice extra features and performance improvements.
