Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 has an overall score of 80.8, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's global score of 79.5. Galaxy S5 is an notably older phone than Asus ROG Phone 8, but Samsung was able to make it a little bit thinner and way lighter. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S5 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14, so it offers lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
The Galaxy S5 counts with just a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels density. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a superior storage for applications and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a very superior camera than Galaxy S5, because it has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality videos and pictures, a lot better video resolution, a larger aperture to capture better low light images and videos and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
