The Samsung Galaxy S5 is slightly better than the Google Pixel 6a, getting an 80.8 score against 76.4. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Google Pixel 6a has Android 12. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S5 is incredibly older than the Google Pixel 6a, it's construction is lighter and just a little bit thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a much greater performance than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 2 lesser CPU cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processor. The Galaxy S5 counts with a much sharper screen than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a greater screen density.
Galaxy S5 captures clearer photos and videos than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a way tinier aperture which is worse for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot better 16 MP resolution.
The Google Pixel 6a has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage. Google Pixel 6a has a really longer battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has a 4410mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, the Galaxy S5 is also a bit cheaper, making it an easy choice.
