Comparison review
Galaxy S5 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 8, having a score of 80.8 against 77.4. Despite of the fact Galaxy S5 is older and just a little bit thicker than Huawei Mate 8, it's body is still way lighter. Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has 4 lesser cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 also counts with a much higher display pixel density. Huawei Mate 8 features much more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB, the Huawei Mate 8 also has more internal memory.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh. Galaxy S5 has a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have a 16 megapixels back-facing camera, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a way higher video resolution.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is also by far the cheapest, making this phone a great choice.
