Galaxy S5 is a little bit better than the Huawei nova 3, with an 80.8 score against 76.3. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S5 has older 4.4.2 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy S5 design is somewhat lighter than Huawei nova 3, but it's a little bit thicker and was released many years before.
