The LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit better than the Galaxy S5, with a general score of 84.3 against 80.8. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8 ThinQ has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2, so it offers a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. The LG G8 ThinQ body is incredibly newer, but just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Galaxy S5.

The LG G8 ThinQ has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM and a greater number of faster cores. The LG G8 ThinQ features improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, LG G8 ThinQ is also by far the cheapest one.
