Samsung Galaxy S5 is a little bit better than Moto G9 Power, getting an 80.8 score against 78.6. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S5 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Moto G9 Power has Android 10 version. Samsung Galaxy S5 is an older phone than the Moto G9 Power, but it's extremely lighter and somewhat thinner anyway.

The Moto G9 Power captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video definition, the Moto G9 Power also has a camera with a lot higher resolution, faster video frame rates and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light images and videos.
Moto G9 Power has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
