The Galaxy S5 is an notably older cellphone than Motorola One Hyper, but it is a lot lighter and just a bit thinner anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a much more vibrant display than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little worse 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a greater display density. Motorola One Hyper counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S5, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1000 GB.

The Motorola One Hyper counts with a very superior battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

The Motorola One Hyper shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Motorola One Hyper also has a larger aperture to take better photos and video in low light situations and a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels.

Although Samsung Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a bit more money than the Motorola One Hyper, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola One Hyper. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S5, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola One Hyper, letting go a couple specs and features.
