Comparison review
Motorola razr (2020) has a global score of 87, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5's global score of 80.8. Although Motorola razr (2020) is incredibly heavier than the Galaxy S5, it's just a bit thinner and also way newer. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola razr (2020) has an older 11 version and Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.
Motorola razr (2020) and Galaxy S5 feature extremely similar CPUs, because although the Motorola razr (2020) has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 5 GB more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores. Galaxy S5 features a much more vibrant screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater display density and a quite better 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
The Motorola razr (2020) takes better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a way higher resolution back-facing camera and a lot bigger aperture.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a much better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Motorola razr (2020)'s battery lifetime is just as good as the Galaxy S5 one.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S5. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S5, letting go some specs and features.
