The Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is a bit better than Nokia X100's score of 77.3. These phones use Android OS, but Galaxy S5 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Nokia X100 has Android 11 version, counting with some nice extra features. The Galaxy S5 construction is way lighter and thinner than Nokia X100, despite of the fact that it was released 8 years before.

Samsung Galaxy S5 counts with a much better screen than Nokia X100, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, it also counts with a better display pixel density. The Nokia X100 features a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 128 GB internal memory.

Galaxy S5 features just a bit better performance than Nokia X100, because although it has 4 lesser CPU cores (although they are faster) and 3 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Nokia X100 counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 4470mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features a superior camera than Nokia X100, although it has a lot lower 16 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
