Samsung Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than the Nokia XR20's 80.8 general score. Both devices in this comparison have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version while Nokia XR20 has Android 11 version. Samsung Galaxy S5 is an a lot older phone than Nokia XR20, but Samsung was able to make it extremely lighter and notably thinner anyway.

The Galaxy S5 features a brighter screen than Nokia XR20, because although it has a little bit lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per inch of display. Nokia XR20 features a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has 96 GB more internal memory and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

Galaxy S5 has just a little better hardware performance than Nokia XR20, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Nokia XR20 captures a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video quality, the Nokia XR20 also has a larger camera aperture, higher 60 frames per second video frame rate, a lot more mega-pixels back camera and a bigger sensor which provides a better image and video quality.

Nokia XR20 features a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 65% larger battery capacity.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy S5 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
