The Samsung Galaxy S5 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, with an 80.8 score against 76.3. Samsung Galaxy S5 is a thicker and noticeably heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Alpha. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version.
