The Samsung Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 global score. Even though Samsung Galaxy M30 is notably newer than the Galaxy S5, it's just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2, offering a lot of extra features and increased performance.
The Galaxy S5 features an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy M30, because although it has a lot smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a better display pixel density.
