The Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than the Galaxy S5, with a 94.8 score against 80.8. Samsung Galaxy S20's design is extremely newer and a little thinner than the Galaxy S5's, but it's somewhat heavier. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S20 has the older 13 version and Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, because although it has a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixel amount per inch in the screen. The Samsung Galaxy S20 features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S5, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory.

The Galaxy S20 features a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S20 captures a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S5, because although it has a back camera with much less mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a way larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy S5, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S20 is way more expensive than the Galaxy S5, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
